Board Work Session – December 16, 2009

CALL TO ORDER

The work session was called to order by the President Rick Wetzel at 5:00 p.m. with the following members present: Bill Blackburn, Rob Hunt, Archie Neil, Amy Nieman, and Mr. Wetzel. 

AGENDA

MOTION Blackburn, second Hunt, to approve the agenda. MOTION CARRIED; Voting Aye – Blackburn, Hunt, Neil, Nieman, Wetzel.

DISCUSSION WITH HONEYWELL

The Board of Education had a discussion with Kevin Taylor of Honeywell to get specifics from his presentation at a previous board meeting and to discuss next steps.

MOTION Nieman, second Neil, to adjourn the work session at 6:50 p.m. MOTION CARRIED; Voting Aye – Blackburn, Hunt, Neil, Nieman, Wetzel.
